Tried before a Jury and in Arbitration more than 50 cases solo;
- Successfully recovered full policy limits of multiple insurance policies for 40 year old driver who was rear-ended in traffic resulting in rare thumb injury requiring painful surgery
- Successfully recovered full policy limits on behalf of 62 year old woman who was struck by teenage driver on Houston freeway resulting in rollover of her vehicle
- Won at trial representing Trustee sued by a family member in year-long litigation in Dallas County probate court over alleged mismanagement of trust; court concluded trustee fully complied with law and terms of trust
- Won jury verdict in Dallas District Court on behalf of driver injured on Dallas freeway when street sweeping company negligently stopped on freeway without providing proper warnings
- Successfully prosecuted lawsuit in San Antonio Texas on behalf of product supplier in debt collection case and recovered damages against home builder who refused to pay
- Successfully defended local lumberyard in Kerr County, Texas jury trial in premises liability case where Plaintiff shattered his femur requiring multiple surgeries; jury placed 90% negligence on Plaintiff and awarded no damages
- Successfully defended product supplier in week long Waco, Texas jury trial with more than $300,000 damages sought alleging defective wood products including insect infestation, DTPA violations & breach of contract; verdict was in favor of Defendant supplier
- Successfully defended homeowner in slip and fall jury trial where Plaintiff required two surgeries including total knee replacement; jury found no negligence on Defendant and awarded no damages
- Successfully defended Automobile Personal Injury jury trial in Dallas County with more than $320,000 damages sought and liability admitted in rear-end collision; jury awarded Plaintiffs only $4,500
- Successfully defended Contractor in Personal Injury jury trial arising from accident at construction site and alleging double knee replacement and permanent brain damage, $3.1 million dollars sought; 2 week trial; Jury placed 100% negligence on Plaintiff
- Successfully Defended Contractor in month-long Arbitration of Construction Defect case with more than $1 million in Damages; no liability on Contractor
- Successfully defended Automobile Personal Injury jury trial in Dallas with Defendant convicted of DWI in accident; jury split liability among Defendant and Plaintiff driver and awarded no damages to all 4 Plaintiffs

Ronald Pugh and Betty Pugh vs. General Terrazzo Supplies, Inc.
243 S.W.3d 84 (Tex. App. Houston [1st Dist.], 2007, pet. for review filed); Successfully defended material supplier in trial court; Owners appealed claiming material supplier liable for $2.5million in damages to home, and claimed it could pursue liability claim directly against supplier; trial court's judgement in favor of supplier affirmed; Supreme Court of Texas now considering case
Gehan Homes, Ltd. vs. Employers Mutual Casualty Company, et al.
146 S.W.3d 833 (Tex. App. Dallas, 2004); Successfully overturned trial court judgement and won insurance coverage for homebuilder for alleged construction defects under policy where insurer claimed no such coverage existed; Landmark Texas Supreme Court decision affirmed the Court of Appeals decision in favor of policy holders in Texas
